    What Services Do We Offer?

    • Analysis
      • The first stage of any consultancy session is to adequately and independently analyze your current procedures and work practices.  VLS's consultancy team will perform this function on-site, and in conjunction with you so as to determine your current problem areas.

    • Assessment & Recommendations
      • If your requirements are solely for independent assessment of your current system, so be it.  VLS however is pleased to work with you in determining what your requirements are, and what changes should be introduced.  Budgets, time frames, plus short and long term goals are all taken into account when determining the corrective action to be undertaken.  VLS's recommendations may be in the form of procedural, physical, or technical changes and would include suggested time frames for implementation.  These agreed changes will be outlined in a written report and supplied to you immediately following the consultancy.

    • Full Implementation
      • VLS may also become directly involved with the implementation of the agreed changes.  This may be on an advisory level or a detailed hands-on approach.  Involving VLS from the start ensures a clear and consistent understanding of the issues, how and when to address them, and ensuring that those changes are indeed correctly implemented.

    • Post-Implementation Assessment
      • VLS will even re-assess any changes after the implementation.  Assessment will include the ease, smoothness and reliability of those changes.  VLS will also assess the requirement for modification and continued improvement.
